Our Story
Cradle & Hearth began with a simple observation: buying a home is the first step, not the last one. The harder part starts once the keys are yours and every room is empty at the same time.
Furnishing a whole house is a genuinely different problem from buying a chair. You are not making one decision, you are making eighty, and every one of them has to agree with the others. Most furniture retail is built for the first kind of shopping and leaves you to do the hard part alone, which is why a catalogue of forty thousand sofas is less useful than it sounds.
So we start from the other end. Work out the style first, in terms specific enough to act on, and the individual choices get much easier. That is what the quiz is for, and it is free because it is the part that should come before anyone asks you to buy anything.
